This half-day yoga in nature retreat will unfold in the afterglow of the full moon. We will focus on cultivating soma – literally “nectar”, the essence of the moon, associated with qualities of nourishment, receptivity, blissfulness, fluidity and deep peace. This will be a gentle but deep series of practices for rejuvenation and regeneration.
Harnessing the power of the full moon, which in Vedic thought is a representation of the Goddess, or our own divine feminine essence, we will focus on yogic practices to harmonise and support the prana shakti – the vital feminine energy – that tends to be activated during the full moon, circulating this healing force to replenish, recharge and revitalise.
Our practice will be a luxurious one, moving at a slow and steady pace with a lunar or yin-quality. This sensual practice will combine gentle flow with deep release postures and supported relaxation (restorative yoga with props).
At dusk we will perform a full moon ritual around the fire before sharing a feast together for dinner!
Our practice will include:
- Opening circle
- Dynamic movement session
- Free time to be in sacred silence (mauna) to deepen your connection to yourself and to enjoy the luscious natural surrounds
- Deep rest and rejuvenation through restorative yoga
- Sacred ritual including guided meditation, embodied prayer and sharing
- Nourishing organic + ayurvedic dinner (vegetarian)

This short break is like a short sacred space within a weekend. The perfect top up of yoga, nature and silence we all need to reset ourselves to deal with the busy-ness of everyday life. Jasmine provides not only a luxurious practice in beautiful setting, but gorgeous snacks and food so you leave feeling completely nourished in absolutely every way. – Laura
“Thank you for the wonderful retreat Jasmine. I find you to have a very grounding yet uplifting presence as a yoga teacher which is why I booked to come to your retreat! It was so thoughtfully and carefully planned out and the space felt very supportive (it appeared everybody felt connected and safe to express themselves :-)). The whole retreat flowed really well together and the time went so fast for me because I felt very in the moment the entire time (contributing factor being your lovely atmosphere). I especially and surprisingly enjoyed the partner yoga, it was a nice thing to be put out of comfort zone to connect with a stranger. The asana practice was creative and flowed beautifully. Your chai was soooo delicious and warming and the kirtan topped off the day for me. I left feeling clarity and wholeness within myself and have felt this way since ☺️Thank you thank you! Namaste.” – Jade
As soon as you step out of your car, you are met with nature in abundance, rustic and earthy surrounds and 5 star trimmings. Jasmine’s gorgeous and welcoming presence greets you at the onset and graciously supports you through your experience. The retreat is a perfect way to completely break away from the busyness and stresses of daily life. My experience was one of not only connecting with other beautiful women, but reconnecting with my self, quietening my mind, rejuvenating my body and nourishing my soul. I highly recommend any opportunity you have to work with Jasmine, her passion and knowledge within her art of yoga is exemplary and her quest to share that knowledge with others is a joy to be held. Treat yourself, the rewards will be plenty! – Jo
Jasmine’s yoga in nature retreats always bring me home to myself. Arriving up the drive, breathing in the fresh air and stunning scenery, my shoulders relax and I can exhale knowing I can devote the time to fully letting go and relaxing. Jasmine is welcoming and her style of yoga is nurturing and intuitive. Her sequences are always heartfelt and you leave floating on a blissed out yoga high. Meeting other like minded yogis and sharing a scrumptious meal at the end is a highlight too. As are the chai and bliss balls!!- Belinda
